4Naple is a digital metropolis, a single platform made up of six cities: Learning, Market, Project, Tool, Game and Service. It brings learning, products, projects, tools, games and professional help into one place.
Is 4Naple free to use?
Exploring the metropolis and many of its tools and games are free. Some cities offer paid content and services, for example digital products in Market City and professional services in Service City. Prices are always shown clearly before purchase.
Do I need an account to use the site?
No account is needed to browse the cities or use most free tools. An account may be required for purchases, projects and certain services so we can manage delivery and support.

What is Learning City?
Learning City offers courses in programming, mathematics, science and more, taught with clarity and visual understanding. New courses are added regularly.
What is Market City?
Market City is a digital marketplace for templates, scripts, e-books, UI kits and other downloadable products. Everything is delivered electronically, so there is no shipping.
What is Project City?
Project City provides project development services, such as business websites, e-commerce, mobile and desktop apps, custom systems and more. Tell us what you need and we will build it.
What is Tool City?
Tool City offers fast, useful utilities for everyday tasks: text, image, SEO, code, converters, calculators and productivity tools. Most tools are free to use.
What is Game City?
Game City is home to puzzles, quizzes, logic and coding games, fun experiences designed to teach while you play.
What is Service City?
Service City connects you with expert help on demand: tutoring, consultation, design, writing, maintenance and more.

How do I create an account?
Account creation is handled from the relevant city or service page. You will be asked for accurate details and a secure login. Keep your credentials safe and private.
How are digital products delivered?
Purchased products from Market City are delivered electronically as instant downloads. After a download has been completed, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Can I get a refund?
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it. Because digital products are delivered instantly, completed downloads are generally non-refundable.
How do I hire a tutor or request a service?
Head to Service City, choose the service you need and follow the request flow. For project work, Project City handles scope, timelines, pricing and delivery through a dedicated agreement.
