About Our Services
4Naple is a digital metropolis made up of six cities:
- Learning City: educational courses and learning materials.
- Market City: digital products, templates, scripts and e-books.
- Project City: website, app and system development services.
- Tool City: free and premium online tools and utilities.
- Game City: games and educational games.
- Service City: tutoring, consultation and professional services.
We may add, change or remove cities, features or content at any time.
Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Purchases & Digital Products
Market City products are digital and delivered electronically. Once a download has been completed, purchases are generally non-refundable.
- All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased products.
- Reselling or redistributing purchased digital products is prohibited.
- If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us within 14 days.
Acceptable Use
When using 4Naple you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to access, disrupt or damage our systems or data.
- Copy, modify or redistribute content without permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload malicious code, viruses or any harmful content.
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on 4Naple, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, courses, tools and code, is the property of 4Naple or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, logo or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Project & Service Agreements
Project City and Service City engagements are governed by a separate agreement between you and 4Naple. That agreement sets out scope, timelines, pricing and delivery. In the event of a conflict, the specific project agreement takes priority over these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The 4Naple website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Naple is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, products or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of 4Naple after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the 4Naple operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
